Construction Managers
Looking for home builders in new construction with production volume experience.
Must have great attention to quality and outstanding customer service.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and control costs
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as BuildPro
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and contract documents
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols
